Beginning the process of therapy requires an intake session. This will consist of meeting with your therapist and discussing goals and options for treatment. Price varies between individuals.

During an individual therapy session, you will work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician to discuss and work through personal issues you are experiencing. This process is unique to your needs and goals.
Couples Therapy

During a couples therapy session, both you and your partner will be present with a trained mental health clinician. This type of therapy is designed to address the concerns of both parties and work towards improving your relationship.
