Dr. Erin-Lee Kelly is a clinical psychotherapist and educator specializing in sexuality. With a sex-positive point of view, she provides compassionate, personalized therapy in a caring environment working with clients around sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. She incorporates a variety of treatment modalities and techniques to support the unique needs of each individual client.
Throughout her counseling career, Dr. Kelly has worked to treat a wide range of sexuality issues using the biopsychosocial model. Among her areas of expertise are sexual identity, gender variances, sexual intimacy, sexual dysfunctions, problematic sexual behaviors, sexual inhibitions, sexual shame, self-esteem, and sexual intimacy and communication. Her clientele includes adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.
Dr. Kelly extends her knowledge and expertise serving as an adjunct instructor in sociology, group process, human development and family studies, and human sexuality teaching undergraduate, graduate, and doctorial coursework at universities such as Eastern, Gwynedd Mercy, and Penn State. She has been a guest lecture and featured speaker covering a variety of sexuality related topics. She presents the Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) training at conferences and universities helping professionals to explore and understand their own sexological worldview to better respond to their clients. Dr. Kelly has been featured on the podcast The Landing Strip. She currently serves on the board of directors of Girls Spark, ensuring supportive resources for teen girls facing today’s social issues.
Dr. Kelly is also a forensic psychosexual evaluator and expert witness testifying at Title IX hearings and in criminal court for those experiencing legal trouble related to sexual behavior.
Dr. Kelly earned a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality from Widener University and additionally holds a Master of Education in Human Sexuality, Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Sociology. She is a Pennsylvania state Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Psychologist (NCP).

Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Crisis Management – all extending from a
trauma-informed lens.
Alexis also works with children and adolescents’ families to teach them DBT
Parenting Skills, including communication skills, boundary setting, behavioral
reinforcements, and coping strategies while raising children who engage in
problematic or dangerous behaviors that can become both distressing and
debilitating at times. Alexis believes all parents and their children are doing the best
they can, and that all individuals can benefit from skills for problem-solving,
navigating stressful situations, and learning to “change the script” to reach their
identified Life Worth Living goals.
